Does it screw onto the factory threads?

Here is a pic of the new bracket (thanks again for sending a new one, Tony) compared to the old one (old one on left, new one on right). The tab is longer and the hole is higher on this one. There is also an outward bend to the tab and the bracket is narrower than the old one. Now here is a pic of the fit. As you can see, the hole is now too far forward, so I can't get the screw in there to see if screwing it in will straighten the outward bend, which I'm guessing it would. It won't be long and I'll have the fix in place. Not a new spring. You will be able to fire the sluggers no problem! Also the only flight control rounds it has trouble with is the full power 1325 fps. The low recoil flight control functions fine. But the full power will be good to go as well. With the fix you can even fire the Winchester Turkey loads without a problem and they are way more potent than either of the above (in terms of the action cycle speed). I have both seen and held Rising Sun's conversions at gun shows and from what I could tell by holding them and examining them on the outside, they look to be high quality pieces. Finish looked great and their welding (filling the holes from the conversion and attaching the new trigger guard) was so good that if I didn't know better, I would think that the thing was never welded at all - that was what impressed me the most by far. The guys who work there have always been very nice to me.
