  1. WTB Ejector Block and TROMIX shorty handguard I'm looking for an ejector block and Tromix Shorty Handguard for an 8" gun. I will look at complete recievers or part outs. I'm also looking for the Tromix SKULL charging handle Other things I'm getting ready to buy: Modified G2 trigger Muzzle Break Folding Mech Ace or Tromix Buttstock HK Front Sight Thanks!
  2. BUMP I am desperate for one. If anyone can find me one, I will pay a finders fee. Thanks guy My email is broylesc@gmail.com if anyone knows of one
  3. Thanks Tony he had some but at $3295. That's over my budget. I still haven't found an ejector block either lol. I had no idea those were so hard to come by. thanks again
  4. Are all the Tromix S17's gone? I finally saved up enough for one and can't find one anywhere. I'm ready to buy. Any ideas where to look or put WTB ads? Any help is appreciated.
  5. The original block is fubared. I do not have the tooling to make another myself or I would. I might be able to get one made. I'm mainly concerned about OEM parts availability. I can't believe there isn't a readily available source like other manufactures.
  6. We are a C2 manufacturer I'm trying to find a stock or f/a modified ejector block. I was modifying a stock block and a tap broke off. I cannot seem to find one anywhere. Is there no source for OEM parts for these shotguns? I talked to Rumore and he doesn't have any extra. Could any of you fellas point me in the right direction? Thanks
  7. Well I finally got it to tighten up. I welded the grip nut to the receiver, and custom made a plate for the inside of the grip. It is now rock solid! Thanks for all the info!
  8. Welded mine on yesterday, I wish a note that said what you just said was included with the backplate. I knew something wasn't right, I'm using stock sights by the way. I really didn't want HK sights, but now I guess I have to get some. Issuer don't want to cut and reweld that backplate. Who has the best prices on the sights??
  9. I'm guessing this, or the grip is not sitting tight up against the receiver (fit with the nut issue). You can tell this without even putting the screw in. If the grip is sitting as it should when fit in place, it will sit quarely on the receiver and there will be no play. If there is no play when loose-fitted, there should be no play with the screw in. If there is you either cracked the plastic or it's not tighting up for some reason (long screw with a non-pass-thru nut or guard). If there is play when it is loose-fitted, the fit is wrong and no amount of tightening will fix that.
  10. I have plenty of screw and area beyond the screw. If it was a bolt and I tightened it with an impact wrench it would still be loose. I will investigate the custom fitting of the plastic. I really like the Hogue and would like to use it, but I might have to look for another grip. I welded the gun up. Holes, backplate, trigger guard, etc.... Grip is the weak link. Thanks for the info!
  11. I just converted a new s-12 and used a Hogue grip. I cannot get that thing tight enough to quit moving around. I cut a square hole in the bottom of the receiver and used a genuine ak grip nut and welded my trigger guard, but the grip still moves around. Is it just the grip design? Would a different grip fix the issue? It fits perfectly against the triggerguard, everything is right where it should be. Other than that the gun is solid.
  12. I'll take it for $75 shipped. Email me the details to motocam25 at gmail dot com ETA-I guess its the standard 14x1 left hand ak thread?
  13. I have put 300 rounds thru my saiga 12. The problem I will describe has been the same before and after the conversion as well as with the 5 rd mag and the new 10 rd mag. All I have shot thru it is the 100rd value packs from Wally world. Most of the time it does fine. I have FTE's quite often if I do not hold the gun tightly. I have to keep the gun from moving much while shooting (recoil energy loss if held loosley I guess). Also if I insert the mag without the bolt open, then rack the bolt, it will fte, same when you still have a live round in the chamber and do the +1 thing. Any idea
