to answer that simple question: the 10mm, hands down. That doesnot mean it's generally better than the .45acp or 45gap

Last year I took a deer with my Glock20 6" barrel. I used my own hot reload, Rem. Golden Saber 180 at 40yrd range. Pretty exciting!! Make sure you stalk close enough for a clean kill ! As for deer the 10mm is the bored line for me. Usually I take the Ruger 454.
