Conversion took maybe an hour, that was with limited tools, was the easiest thing to do ever. Just convert, it will look 100x better

i thought it was metal or aluminum as well. I was planning on buying 2 of them, 1 for s12 and one for 7.62. Thanks for the info, I think I'll go with Ace maybe they accidently shipped you a cheap paintball version :-D

Ok, From what i have heard the Master Molder feed lip works decent, can any folks vouch for it. I bought 6 of em but i just wanted comfirmation from some other folks that they work alright.

Yeh i agree, even if they only lasted 1-2k they would be worth it, i just keep forgetting to buy some, and as far as the unconverted saiga goes, i grinded down my mag catch on mine, took like 10 seconds with a dremel and it fits the saiga and standard ak mags, so i don't even have to modd the MM mags

The problem with standard AK mags is where the feed lip is on the mag, usually isn't high enough to feed the bullet right, and the master mold mags work fine for a minute but the plastic wears down on the lip from what i have seen, anyone else want to mention something about that, it is just what i heard

Anyone know where i can find a standard AK mag release, not a saiga one, just a normal one

Back to the point at hand, can anyone else back up the statement that the master mold mags work in saigas, well other than the catch?

Well, mega pawn on the west has a few different ak's, i got that at music man on saginaw, if they had more i would have bought em all. as for 922, i know i know, gotta convert etc etc

It is a chinese, My wife deosnt mind to much actually, i usually sell off old toys to buy new toys, getting ready to sell trade off my xbox 360 forone and a slot machine or 2 for another.. She deosnt get to pissy tho.. She gets more pissed over me forcing her to come with me to buy the stuff. S-12 will be here in 2-3 days;)

RAA is supposed to be sending me a catalog, but im inpatient, so does anyone have a complete saiga price list, going to see my local ffl guy this week and wanna see the prices, maybe order something else, guy charges me cost +25$, so its pretty damn cheap..
