I think you have a good idea there, not cheap but far better than factory.

The original Russian FA AK47 design has a sear that holds the hammer preventing release until the bolt was virtually locked forward. The BATFE does not allow this sear to ever be in a SA AK model for our own protection , its the feature that defines FA.

I'd like to see something that holds 20 rds of 12ga and feeds my shotty, featured in that pouch ....... How about a 3 piece top flap, leftside with a buckle ,center tower with velcro closure, right side buckle. that way you leave the pouch on the drum and just pull the center flap back to load.

I too am disappointed by the lack of updates. Maybe Juggs could start a "Important topics" thread in the "Private Sellers Feedback" section like he did for the AGP mags in the saiga 12 section. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=19834 That should give everyone a place to focus their frustrations. Although now that i think about it, it doesn't make much sense to lump the retailers together there with individuals. Maybe they retailers should get a feedback section of their own?

Earlier this week a landmark gun-rights case was argued before the SCOTUS. The focus was on, does the individual have the right to own a gun. yeah but, that was back in the 80's. This is the 21st century. Maybe have the trigger as a loop instead of the traditional hook? I don't know maybe sometime in 2010 when you clean off your backlog you'll remember this post and think "WTF, lets give it a try........"
