  1. Titanium is not a hard metal, its as light as aluminum but yet has the strength of steel. A hardened alloy is what you need, cobalt or carbide drill bits will do the trick.
  2. Thanks for the info man. Where do I get one of these "paradox" rifled choke tubes? I would love to be able to shoot some of the new extended range saboot's out there like hornady's SST.
  3. I have been thinking about getting a saiga 12 for deer hunting in Iowa, as its a slug only state. I currently use a winchester 1300 which shoots remington sluggers at 2-3" groups at 50 yards. Is a s12 capable of that kind of accuracy with slugs? Are the scope rails any good on these things? My romanian SAR-1 7.62 x 39mm scope rail isnt sturdy enof to maintain a zero, hell you can even flex it with your hands. I thought about using my AK-47 side scope mount on this thing and using a really light weight red dot on it. Also who does the cheapest conversion for these things, I just wan
