  1. Good luck finding one. I haven't seen or heard of a single one being made. Even the "Complete Book of the AK" has no mention of a Saiga or anything .223, your best bet is to get an AK book. What were you looking to learn anyways? I'm sure that there are many knowlegable people around here that would be willing to answer any of your questions!
  2. I do not reload but I can tell you first hand and hearing from others that these Saigas really ding up the brass. Every single one of my ejected .223 casings has dings in them some larger than others, but this might compromise your idea of reloading. This happens with almost all AK type rifles however and it has gotten the nickname of the "AK Kiss" from it. Just something to take into consideration.

    stocks

I have a Saiga with the Russian American Armory Skeleton Stock. I really like it even though it still uses the original "Sporter" trigger grouping. They are $80-90. The only bad things about this stock are that the length of pull can be a little short for some without a butt pad and that it is made in Russia so you can't count it as one of your U.S. parts. Other than that it is great. It has a rotating cheek rest that lets you shoot with a scope or with iron sites comfortably.
  4. I have the UTG three bolt. You can easily take off the dust cover and the internals with this mount still attached. I have a skeletonized stock with a cheek rest/riser that works well with this set up. The only thing that I have to complain about is that I stripped out one of the bolts (I know this is my fault) but just make sure that you torque them down the correct amount. Also keep in mind that this is a pretty hefty mount. You can definately feel the difference when this is on your gun, but that is expected from such a solid mount.
