If I take a polish Tantal and remove the barrel, could I use Bulgy barrel assembly on that receiver? And what about the gas tube could I use the same Tantal free-floating gas tube with a Bulgy barrel assembly? And if not how many parts do I need to switch? Does the rear site block have to be changed?

I suppose that brake would be my best choice, it's probably what I will end up with. If anyone has used it or has it I would like to hear from you.

I only see one benefit to getting a 12, and that more parts such as high cap mags and drums. Is that worth an extra $200. Especially that high cap mag should be coming out soon for the S20? Hey kbondra nice brake on your saiga does it reduce muzzle rise effectively?

Thanks for the link, I do like the look of that 74 style brake, but I don't really want to spend $100 bucks on a brake. I thought of the front site/brake on this site, but I wasn't sure if it would help reduce climb, and doesn't it say it's made for non-threaded barrels?

Yea I meant 6.8. Do you know who makes a decent 6.5 complete upper for around 550.00? Who makes gas piston 223?
-
Looking to get a 6.5 SPC. If I get a complete upper in 6.5 will it fit one an oly lower used with 223? And if so do it need any modification, or will 6.5 mags fit in a 223 mag well? Also does anyone know any 6.5 uppers that use a gas piston?

What kind of muzzle brake can I put on a S20 with threaded barrel? I'm looking to reduce muzzle rise from slugs. Where can I obtain one?

How to blow up an M4
AK-fanaddict replied to vspdave's topic in Other Weapons - RIFLES (non-AK based)
So if your M16/M4 goes underwater, and you take it out point the muzzle down (draining the water) and open the bolt, can you then fire it without having it blow up? -

"I shoot 70 grain out of mine with no problems". Have you ever shot black box wolf 60 grain? when I used wolf 70 grain military classic it didn't tumble, I only had 20 rounds of 70 grain so I can't say I won't happen at all with 70 grain, but with 60 grain every single round fired tumbled.

I thought you can have a barrel as short as 16" without having a SBR Licence? so if the break doesn't thread on how does it stay on the barrel? You are thinking of a rifle. Shotguns must not have less than an 18" barrel. If you do it in your garage, and it comes out to be 17.98" at one point, you are going for a long vacation. This is why a lot of manufacturers are now selling their shotties with 18.5" and 19" barrels --- because somebody we know uses 'creative methods' to measure. Thanks for the info... If I buy this from this site NON-THREADED will it fit on my threa
