  1. i am not. sorry. i did sell another saiga 12 to a member here named "brighamr". there is nothing wrong with the shotgun far as i know. i never fired it. i bought it with the intent of converting it, and then never did.
  2. hey guys. i just bought a couple more firearms this month and i need to make room. i'm selling a Saiga 12, 19" inch barrel. it has everything that comes in the box, minus the box as it was fragged when i got it. i bought it about a year ago from Classic Arms, and never got around to converting it. hell, i never even got around to firing it. i'm not very prolific on these boards, but i have sold a Saiga here once before. anyway, i'm asking $425 shipped. i know the pic is lousy, but i had to use my cell phone. sorry. Bradley
  3. just got mine in from Centerfire. date is 30.09.08, serial H08438XXX. has three holes, two of which are easily visible. the third is quite hard to see, though i ran a wire through and all three are clear. so is three holes the standard now? i haven't had a chance to fire yet.
  4. i paid with my card, and they only charged me $549. no shipping, even though i ordered before the special went into effect.
  5. i ordered an S12 from them two days ago, and they still haven't charged my card yet. i'm wondering what's up.
  6. man thats a good looking rifle.
  7. I'm not really an expert on Ace products, but I've heard that they fixed the angle problem and the "new" receiver blocks have the correct angle. I don't know how you can tell new from old. The ace receiver block drops/bolts in after you remove the tang from your Saiga receiver. The stock (or hinge) bolts directly to the block. i see. thanks Bob.
  8. not to hijack the thread here, but i just got my first Saiga 12, and i really like the look of this thing. so i'm wondering how i would connect this. would i first have to use the Ace internal receiver block, and then connect this folding mechanism to that? if so, would i have to actually weld the internal block, or does it just drop/bolt in?
  9. i can't say if they had the 24" or not. i wanted the 19", so i didn't ask.
  10. ouch. sorry man. but he told me he only had 2 left when i called, and i got one of them. and that was six days ago. Gilbert's said they had them though - $479 + sh. try there.
  11. i got one from Stanley's for $468 shipped to Indiana. basically, i bugged every place i knew that sold them until i found one. Terry was nice enough to mail me when he got some in, and i jumped on it. it's my first Saiga, and needless to say, i'm pretty psyched. should be here tuesday, but i'm hoping for monday.
  12. i see. i thought our laws weren't that bad. the Brady Campaign did give us an 8 out of 100...
  13. i'm confused, as i thought our gun laws were pretty good. so what's wrong with them?
  14. well i just talked to a fella at CFS and he said they are indeed back ordered, but i could go ahead an place an order. my question is, can anyone vouch for the reliability of this place? i'm a little concerned about them taking more pre-orders than they'll be able to fill. so from anyone that's dealt with them, does that sound like something they would do?
