  3. i went with the 8x42. through tantal's. email him and he will send you info on all the scopes available. good luck
  4. i just bought a basic rail with nut/bolts off ebay. it worked out great. i filled the hand guard flat where the rail would sit for added stability. good luck http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?act=at...st&id=18123
  5. i just over drilled a bigger hole in the new disconnector, 3/16" cobalt i believe. good luck

  7. this is the email i usedtantal i went with posp 8X42. i would expect the kobra to hold very well with the .308.
  8. 43 1912 best i can tell,these were not yet taken
  9. i went with the ATI saiganov stock. got it at cope's.great fit and very solid
  10. i just saw a NIB s12 19" on auction arms.com buy iy now is $525 link
  11. so is that how jakowski saw it used? something like that, but it was more like a poo-go stick
  12. i took it off, just couldn't get used to it
  13. i agree with the other posters. if all you want is a shotgun for hunting, the unconverted saiga 12 is a nice semi-auto shotgun. when converted, it becomes a serious tactical-assault weapon. and cool. check out the pics forum for some ideas for customization. originally i said the same thing. i will buy it, use it, and think about conversion later . that lasted for about the 1.5 seconds it took to empty my first 10 round AGP mag. good luck and good shooting.
  14. i agree, the 8X PSOP finishes the rifle off real nice.
