  1. What's bad about it? They update it every work day and what they have in stock is listed. I go to their website BECAUSE of the bad website....he keeps the front page updated very nearly every day...informative...and he's got piksures on the line sow I can see what the phonicks is saying.
  2. I would like 4. one shotgun and three 50 rounders. so 12+9+9+9-4and $2 for paypal = 37 dolla!!??? lemme know if yer ready and I'll hit ya with a discreet PeePee payment. thanks... Survivor'sBounce,Rimfire'sBounce and here'sBounce!
  3. I'm new to the 12 gauge ammo buying...actually...I haven't bought ANY before...so I was hoping I could get shove in the right direction for my original S12 magazine and an MD-20 drum....what's the cheapest that hunts? I'd like to get a few different types for different applications...namely: shot for the break in period? buckshot for every day home defense and knocking over fridgerators at the range?? slugs for making big holes..... anyone have some input? thanks..B
  4. they should be coming in and shipped next week....
  5. I'm assuming black will be a stronger material than either clear or smoke? and would make the practical purchase but also I think having a visible round count to refer to would be beneficial...HOWEVER>..another thought popped into my mind while typing this: tiny peekaboo holes on the black cover to show round count inside the drum? which one should I buy for the second run? (second run is still available right??) thanks for any and all input... YOU THERE!!! please reply now...so I can make a quick purchase asap...thanks bud... Bounce...
  6. No man is complete without a Saiga 12...and now I have accomplished another item on the man list.... allow me to divulge: 1. two women at the same time... CHECK! 2. Marry a sweet innocent woman... CHECK!! (not one of those trollups from above) 3. Have a son 4. Own a first gun (Stevens .410), Own a .45 pistol...CHECk!!! and now.... A Saiga 12 on Pre-Order from Classic Arms for 549$. I looked around and apparently it's a decent deal for a non-dealer.... so perhaps ya'll could make suggestions for the man's list for a Saiga 12. 1. 10 round mag 2. drum magazine 3. conv
  7. 3" Barnaul #4 Buck. Metal Casing Cool. Are you going to be sharing your modification info? If you own a 4rnd Mag that does work with the Steel loads, line it up with the 10 rnd and notice the difference in length of the top feed lip. I think Cobra provided pic's of this in another post. All I did was shave the lip on both side with a hacksaw blade until it mimicked the 4rnd'r. Very Simple really. *******Do so at your own risk********** If you do not feel comfortable doing this on your own, then Cobra is providing a service to do it. I am not. Foll
  8. Well, just opened up the bag on a surfire 10 round .410 mag and am dissapointed in the Royal Princess Kittie Cat finikieness of this magazine and it's inability to shoot Estate 3" shells either. So Silver Bear Brass plated and regular steel cartridges as well as Estate. It will cycle fine with the 4 rounders.... but Surfire will jam on the 10th round loaded everytime....and then stop feeding with two rounds left.....that's real dependability for you. For 45$ it's a slap in the face... If the mag was 9 Bucks I would understand...but over 40$...it should feed anything. that
  9. yeah, pretty much a PITA. I would get the Saiga .308 and buy the commercial ammo for it If I were you and didn't want to be bothered by choosing ammo and having a loosey goosey PSL, which you have to clean the gas tube, barrel and bolt face everytime you shoot corrosive....that gas tube retaining pin is a real toughie to unlock too.
  10. I have one of these Surefire 10 rounders inbound and I've come to read that they don't function with Silver bear steel casings? has anyone gotten these mags to shoot the russian ammo?? slugs or shot?
  11. I will take it!! per our conversation...check will be in the mail soon. thanks!!
  12. well accept paypal...I'm tired of going to the post office....lol.
  13. yes it was hard to resist...I almost brought it down to the Dumping Brass section or PM'ed him with a fat FU...
  14. my bolt action Savage .410 will leave some good marks on my shoulder after 25 rounds. My Saiga .410 is nothing comparatively. You could liken it to when her foot slips out of your grip and hits you in the shoulder...
  15. .410 door breaching??? mmmmmmm.... will it hunt?
  16. with the trigger so light it was unintentional...it slowly began double tapping a few weeks ago and then one day I figured out how to just keep my finger in the trigger area loose...and the gun did all the work.. it has been fixed to not do that anymore though...
  17. two things: My RSA trigger has slowly fallen out of adjustment because of no loctite applied....here is a nice video of the fun: second: I can say Chris Horn in Flagstaff is pretty cool. I have done a couple transfers and he fixed my shittie PPSH-43 semi-auto which I think was manufactured with the intention of display purposes only...lol.. Thumbs up for Horn's Custom Rifles

    .410 ammo ?

reloading in those calibers seems strange IMO...but I dont know shit.....x39 from wolf and .410 from wolf seems easier.... I g0t my .410 from sportsmans guide..... salute!
  19. there's no question about it...a PSOP scope on the AK platform looks sexy..... will I get laughed at by the pros for putting one on a .410??? which one should I get...the 170$$ one?? I think that's the cheapest... what kind of groups can I expect at 50yrds? 100???? so for home defense...I have the #4 shot coming from SG....as well as some slugs...... what should I get for ammo fellas??
  20. last nite I went in to see what I could do with the original stock to join the wasr10 thumbhole stock to the non-converted .410 that was as far as I got when I decided it would never look like I wanted it too....so the conversion took place today....and what a fun day of drilling and dremmelling...damn that was a good time!!!! and for some fun I put a mag next to it.. what's next???
  21. ok....I went and read the entire document on the conversion and my question now is: he states it is necessary to find a way to keep the pins from drifting out after assemply so he uses the binder posts to hold that spring in it looks like... what happened to the shepards hook??? I'm lost. B
  22. great! it looks like the conversion will be dremmell friendly so I'm good to go hopefully. I am mid-stride in an effort with the original stock and the cutting tools.....if it doesn't look good I'll press on with the FCG deal. with a FCG move will I need a bullet guide for the .410? if not all it looksl ike I will need is the two aluminum post binders from Home Depot and a nut and bolt or two?? B
