  1. Will it bolt up to a AR15 pig nose adapter?
  2. Rock and lock, rock and lock, rock and lock, rock and lock, rock and lock
  3. Magpul also makes a thicker than normal pad. Not nearly as thick as the limbsaver, but much thicker than the standard CTR pad.
  4. Nate is a stand up guy, and I can't envision him trying to "capitalize" on someone who is desperate. He's answered the questions in his own sub-forum. It's not his 'job' to explain everything about how his design works, it's his own R&D, you're free to do your own R&D. Here's an idea: buy a gunfixr plug from CarolinaSS and try it in YOUR gun. If it helps, keep it, if it doesn't help then return it to CSS (I believe they would allow that, check with them first). *disclaimer* I am not a gunfixr or CSS employee, I recieved no compensation for this post
  5. That design just screams "Hey, please put misc. crap into my gas tube! Grass, dirt, leaves, sand, anything you got I'll take it!"
  6. Did you get all the little bugs worked out on your FAL style conversion? How great is the risk of the weld snapping, and a handle hitting your face (on the regular conversions) I don't always have the best reading comprehension, either! Gunfixr's FAL CH is very cool in that it doesn't reciprocate with the bolt. No worries about the handle whacking you in the face. Jake Let me make it more clear. If you cut the charging handle off the right side, and weld it on the left so it flys back and forth with each cycle of the bolt... what's the risk of the weld breaking? (assumin

  8. Cproducts is working on one, confirmed from manufacturer rep.
  9. AFAIK there are a few others that make all metal vertical grips: LaRue, Spikes, et cetera.
  10. What do you mean by that? You buy the tri-rail. Later you can add either the: standard top rail, HK top rail or extended top rail.
  11. Chaos. You end up with more options down the road.
  12. Search for sig 556 accessories for diopter sights They run a bit under $300 iirc (not made by Sig, but instead by some small shop doing a lot of 556 work. I forget the name, but poke around on www.sigarms556.com. There's also (Non-Buisness member Link Removed By Nailbomb)
  13. If only due to weight. iirc they are like 2-3x heavier than other common options. That's one reason I didn't do the Tromix comp brake.
  14. A folding stock that would work with the drum should be possible. Combine a side folder, with a butt that also folds -- either stright forward, or back against the stock's arm. It could look kind of like a VZ58 stock but it would also need to fold right at the butt similar to this shotgun stock, only the stock would be on the side of the Saiga 12, and that butt would either extend straight forward along the barrel, or straight back along the stock. Probably a pita to make, but it should be possible and should function if you make a strong enough hinge/locking mechanism.
