Has anyone figured out how to disassemble the tubular folding stock? I am looking to shorten the tubes by an inch and remove and modify the cheek piece.

Saiga with TWS top cover, Zeiss Conquest 3x9x40 mounted using Game Reaper off set base. Needed to radius bottom of mount over the dogleg to clear. Will be having a Russian side folder added and a YHM muzzle break added to run a sound supressor. A Red Star Arms trigger is in the works also. This is a pic of my daily rollout trio.

Dude! That is sick with the drum! Can't see in the pic, is that a picatiny rail? Would an Eotech fit? It looks like it's right at the correct hight.

Topmaul The link went to a carbine. Do you have a pic of your saiga with mout & optic? I'm trying to get some ideas how to set my shotgun up for matches. Cross Creek RIfle and Pistol Clubs is talking about putting on a 3 gun match and I'd like to check it out.

What I would like to see is a rail that sits in front of the gas block. One that will allow an EoTech to co-witness on the normal shotgun sight plane. As far as a shotgun goes, the circle and dot of the EoTech realy shines. The hard part is getting one that would be more stable than just clamping around the barrel. Any ideas guys. The fellow that makes Tonys Jpoint mount is a good friend of mine. We could get some made up if some one can come up with a "better mouse trap".

Turbo Will you paint other folks guns? I'd love to have a few of my rifles with that paint scheme.

Forgive me if this has been covered before, nothing showed up on a search. Has any one done a Tabuk convertion on a Saiga .308? I realy love the way this rifle looks and think a larger caliber makes a lot of sence. Dinzag, Would your lower handguard retainer work with the longer yugo furniture? If so, would you consider making an upper gas tube to except the yugo wood? I've already talked with Will at redstick and he is game to give it a go. Now just to have to get the parts together. Matt @ Ironwood will make the furniture for the saiga receaver. Nodak has the flash hider.
