I was wondering what you all thought of making this thing left hand friendly. since it comes with a blast shield already for right hand shooters why not use bolts and nuts and make a makeshift blast shield by bolting on your new shield on to the shield that is already in place? it would be bolted on the right side and this you would have both sides covered with a piece of metal to protect from gas blowback or any case of case seperation This would entail some careful measurements and you would have to tak

I am a newbie and young compared to most of you guys but I have owned dracos fro the last 3 years and have done a lot of backpacking and a lot of shooting with them. Ive had one crappy one that would actually malfunction in feeding but the rest were flawless. I got a 200 yard range nearby and I sit there and time after time hit a very small rock about 3-6 inches big. I know not very scientific but it does tell me that not only can it reach out but that it is more then accurate enough for most application. and yes ive tried this at 300

The steel one went in but took some serious headscratching and the polymer 30 rounder I have really took some tapping with a hammer to fit. yeah me too buddy. I was wondering if you had any knowledge of how even a 16" barrel would have an effect at 500-600 yards compared to a 21.5 barrel. From my understanding and a link at remington a .308 bullet only loses 200fps max going from 21.5 to 16 inch barrel and I would think if you had a good optic the length should not make much of a diffence on terminal ballistics.
