So thursday my guy at the gun store called me and let me know they had a saiga 12 "back in stock" and told me to call for the details. Of course I hurry up and call him almost peeing myself as I wake up. He said someone had put it in layaway but hasn't made a payment on it so they were going to put it back on the floor. After some car-salesman like talking I convinced him to set it aside for me promising to pick it up by the weekends end. And I went this morning to pick it up. IT'S AWESOME!!! Unfortunately I have to work today, but I should be able to give it a few bang bangs tomorrow. Af

You must be very very cautious if you approach this killer bunny! Even an 8" Tromix S-12 with a wraithmaker 20 rd Drum is no match. are these pretty much a no-no for bird hunting then? or are they pretty much any other shotgun... as far as distance is concerned?

This may seem like a dumb question but can anyone give me opinions on choosing a 24" or a 19" s-12? I've been keeping an eye on this incredibly cool shotgun for the past couple months and decided it may be time to make my move on buying one. I like the tac. look and manuverability of the 19" but I've already got a semi- short shotgun (Winchester Defender). I also like the better patterns the extra 5" should give... so I'm torn. Would a good choke make the 19 nearly equal to the 24 or is it just a rough decision I'm going to have to make? I plan on using it as an occasional slug chucker for de
