  1. Put perminant marker on the pipe. Close the bolt and open it. Then look at where the marker has rubbed off. Where it has rubbed file it down a bit then repeat. Eventually it will be nice and smooth.
  2. Dont mess with the existing trigger. I took a stone to mine trying to smooth it up a bit.. Turns out that it was case hardened or improperly hardened. So the internals were getting beat the hell, almost to the point of failure. So i ended up having to convert it because of this reason. Now it has a Tapco Trigger and is very smooth. But you cannot install that trigger without conversion.
  3. Yeah, if you look carefully, the bullets will not line up correctly and will be pointed towards eachother. You have to remove some of the plastic on the underside of the lips, and some from the follower. Then I had to add a ramp to the mag out of JB Weld. I got them to eventually work, but i would not consider them to be reliable.
  4. I just converted one of my 10 rounders to a 4 rounder for hunting. It was a simple guess and check process. First i took a coat hanger and cut out the straight bottom. Then I bent it into a n shape. Bend the 2 ends so that they have a small u. This keeps it seated on the mag base. Disassemble the mag, and insert the coat hanger so that the legs of the u are against the base of the mag and the top of the n is towards the follower. Make sure the coat hanger does not interfere with the sping at all. Now insert rounds and see how many it will take. If you start with the hanger a little longer tha
