I love my job. I'm single, no kids, living in Las Vegas. I work for a major Casino as a Shift Manager (Pit Boss), I stand around alot, watching everything, take a break when I want, set my own schedule, and get paid 300 a day, plus monthly take incentive, decent benifits, and payed vaction, with paid PTO (paid time off) hours. I meet alot of people everyday from around the world. Been doing this for 35 years now, and probably do it another 35. Viva Las Vegas baby!! HUZZAH!!

Well I don't really play any, but checked craps, because it is the most fun of the gambling entertainments. Being a Casino Shift Boss, I get payed to watch people play silly games. So I know all the odds and games very well, basic stratagey black jack has the least house edge, but, is boring as hell to play. Roulette and craps have the better payouts, but roulette is also a "grind" game, if you ever been in a REAL casino, all the noise comes from the craps table, it is the most social of the games, but can be a bit intimidating to most noobie players, and finding a decent dealer that will walk

Just to add to the thread, I spotted one in the movie "Drive Angry" with Nicolas Cage, the villin pulled it out and it looked like a 10 incher, it also had a doorstop for a drum. The best part of the scene was that it fired 1 round and then jammed, seemed awefully poetic and real, lol. HUZZAH!!

This happened 2 years ago, in a very hispanic area of Reno. It was news for awhile because the owner of the bar sued the Vet for defacing the mexican flag and property damage. The judge sided with the Vet and told the bar owner that if it happened again that he would use the the full power of the court against him. The local protest was so bad that the bar shut down and I heard later it was gutted by fire and the owner charged with insurance fruad. I saluted the Vet at the time and I still do, in this country no flag flies higher than ours, PERIOD. Thats all I have to say about that...

Good luck with that. Unless you have a friend in Russia or can pay a barrel maker for the tooling costs, you probbally won't find one. We had a former business member that stated that they would have replacement barrel's about mid-last year, never heard any more about it. A lot of members here would like to see new barrels, especially a rifled one of any length. Good luck with your search, and if you do find something, please let the community know about it. HUZZAH!!

I know Jim Fuller and have taken his AK classes, as far as building a Saiga 308 i'd go with him and Rifle Dynamics, top of the line work and resonable compared to others. As far as i'm concerned he is the AK master gunsmith, this man knows his stuff, and can build any AK platform you want. I am myself putting the stuff together for a 308 Saiganov, I have slowly consoladating my weapons to 3 maybe 4 types of ammo, 12ga, 308, 45, 22, all popular and easy to find. Good Luck on your build. I agree on the intimidation factor of hearing a pump gun go sniker-snack. But...and heres my story... I was living in rural Mississippi at the time, it was about 2am, when I heard russeling by my trash cans, thinking it was a coon having fun, but just to be sure I grabbed my S12, and a 5 rounder and went out back. As I approched the cans, a sillouette of something larger than a coon popped up, I droped the saftey lever on the S12 and the sound of the bolt chambering a round got the sillouette attention , and all I heard was feet beating a path through the brush, I hope he/she crapped their
