Make sure the 2 hammer spring arms are sitting as far back as possible on the back of the trigger to push it down for reset. Chances are one side may be falling slightly inward and not putting pressure on the back. I would also tie the spring arms up on the hammer and see if you feel the trigger is binding or catching on anything when you move it back and forth. It should move easily.

The side ejection port opening is too small to allow the shotgun shell to pass through. You will have to enlarge it or the shells will jam.

Both the Dominator and US Molot brake we sell are at the top for recoil reduction. It just depends on which look you like better.

If you want the original design I believe Legion sells them and has them quite often. We took the original design and improved it to be more effective for recoil with the enlarged rights ports and added left ports. We tested them side by side and the recoil control is much better on ours. It also gives you a US compliant part. You will be happy with either one. There are many US "versions" of russian parts like the MD "Molot" grip, DPH 10 slot, Krebs Russian birdcage flash hider etc. all are US made parts produced so you have more options for 922r compliance.
