    Here we go

Looks great. Nice job. Let me know how you like that stock.
  2. AGP's had stopped manufacturing for a few weeks to do something to the molds. They will start shipping again maybe next week. Surefire is coming out with thier 12rd mag in December. Greg

    Here we go

Covert, Convert, Convert. Welcome to the forum.
  4. Enough friction was added by way of the Tapco trigger group that you put into place. If you remove the hammer and polish it to a shiny finish where the bolt carrier rides, you might get lucky and have it cycle properly again. +1 on the polish job, could really help.

    Saiga in SC

I just saw one Saturday at the ATP gun shop near summeville. Myrtle Beach has a gun show this coming weekend. Usually pretty small though. Where are you located? Greg
  6. Try www.saigastock.com. They do not have it listed on the site, but give them a call and they usually have other parts in stock. Send me an email if they do not have one and I may be able to find one for you. Greg

    magwell

Where can I get that charging handle GP? Tromix. Greg

    magwell

IMO worth it. 30-45 minutes to fit the mag well to gun. 5 minutes with a belt sander on an AGP to sand down to correct angle. I have done 8 mags and run them 100% with no malfunctions in 3 gun matches. Drum will not work with it like Bob said. If you need any help with any of it, shoot me an email and I will send you some pictures. Greg@CarolinaShootersSupply.com Greg
  9. Alex, You have all the cool toys. Maybe the next 3 gun nationals will be Saiga friendly. Bigger round count stages. Disappointed to see only one stage with more than 10. Greg
  10. That is a 308 I believe. The 12 rd 12 will probably look very similar, but it is a single stack.
  11. I spoke to SGM Friday and he said they are a one piece body magazine like the 308's and others. Supposed to be extremely reliable and holds 12 rounds. It is a single stack, so it may be slightly longer than the AGP's. I have had several other of his mags and they run 100%. All of us should be getting the pre-orders to sell in early December. Greg
  12. Only 4 left. Don't hesitate if you are considering it. Greg
  13. Also, I am still looking for some course layout suggestions and ideas. Not necc. a schematic of a course, just more or less...enter station one through doorway, engage threat targets. Failure drill on those with a tac reload, then move to next station, pick up rifle and engage knockdown target....etc. If you check the Enos forum they have some layouts. http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showforum=109
  14. I would keep it and order another black. You will not be able to find the clear in a few months since they will no longer be manufactured. They are also more expensive at this moment.
  15. I will send you some pictures. Greg
  16. I would go with the 12 for 3 gun. You will not notice a difference in recoil. Many more 10 rd+ mags/drums on the market. Last time I checked- 12 ammo was cheaper than 20. Where are you going to shoot matches at?
  17. It is a very hard plastic. Seems to be very durable and very tight fitting. Had to use a plastic hammer to get it on. Zero movement and I think it would stay on even if you did not use the bolt to secure it. It is a bit long, but works out great with my Ultimak.
  18. Mine is on the way also. I will post some pics when I get it.
  19. If anyone has been waiting for better prices on Saiga 12, there are a few good ones on Gunbroker right now. $525 is one of the better prices I have seen lately. Do a search under Saiga 12 Here is one link. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=109336147
  20. Posted twice by mistake. Damn computer
  21. Would you consider making the competition model without the magwell? Let us deal with the magwell issue on our own. Greg
  22. Dave, I would probably just leave the mag in and load one at a time through the side. I would not take out the asembly, my luck is something would get in the receiver and screw the guns cycling up for the rest of the match. Murphy seems to follow me to the matches. I have never seen a 3 gun stage like that. Greg
  23. I wondered when this would show up here. Saw the "w" guys had that on there. That would be worth that if it had a Tromix name on it. Not the others that will not work. Why exactly do you need 30 different gas settings on the adjustment knob?????????? And of course the person that bid on it had no feedback and is probably clueless to what he is buying.
  24. Had the exact same problem with the Eotech. I went to an Ultimak gas tube rail and problems went away. I think www.Saigastock.com has the covers, you may have to call them if it is not on the website. Greg
  25. I had Robar NP3 my Bolt, Carrier and Puck. Works flawless and is very slick.
