I've acquired some stock in Ruger, I watched it go from $38 to $49 a share in the last 2 months, and fimally pulled the trigger, so to speak. I used some sort of k-var bullet guide that I bought off another forum, and I jad to grimd it down a good bit to make it fit properly, it already had o hole drilled, and I used the tap from a dinzag kit to thread the hole in the rear trunnion. It works fine.

I tried carrying the revolver for a while, but I just didn't like it, for a couple of reasons. First, it wasm't near as comfortable to carry as an automatic, two, I practiced drawing the pistol while engaging the hammer, and couldn't get decent shots off consistently, and when I would draw and just fire, without engaging the hammer, the shots weren't great either. I'm just used to carrying automatics, so that's what i'll continue to do.

I don't have any formal training, but I can draw a pistol and hit the target pretty well. I used to jog around with my saiga 12 while my buddy flung clays in the air. I could hit them pretty regularly while moving. Not that that's any kind of valid comparison, but I can jit a miving target while I myself am moving, that's gotta count for something, right?
