  1. Well I didnt hear from him this week. I assumed he got the right mags in this week and he said he would ship them ASAP so I ASSUME that means as soon as he gets them. Maybe I have to wait in line for the guys who paid in february and the ebayers.
  2. Thats a saiga mag alright. I think its just happy
  3. Your buying him a mustang? Lucky kid. V8? IVe got a 95GT Ive been modding since i got out of college. Its running around 11 pounds of boost on an intercooled cetrifigal blower and a bunch of other stuff I could have bought more guns with! Tell him to drive like an old lady who can barely see when its wet out...trust me
  4. Paypal sent for mags duggr. edit to add: you can send confirmation # to johnnymceldoo@yahoo.com duggr.
  5. HE finally emailed me too and said he recieved the wrong mags but would ship tomorrow. I wouldnt be surprised if hes getting a hundred emails a day and his outfit isnt set up to handle the load. Im glad I heard from him. I'll take his word and let him make right.
  6. If Make is friends or partners with Marco it would be good of him to provide an explanation as to why no one has been contacted on pending orders. IM getting a bad taste in my mouth.
  7. So its just an upward solid handle? Looks like a relatively easy mod.
  8. The top pic is identical almost to how they come with the exception that there are no slots in the bottom. Leave out the two slots in the bottom and you have six left and thats the arrangement currently. Im cutting slots all the way around (8 altogether) for another guy but making them wider will require new cutters. I cannot deviate from 15 degree increments so bare that in mind.
  9. I knocked mine out from right to left but I dont think it matters.
  10. Awsome assasin! Tell your fellow Brits that in America we use those in case we shoot something and it doesnt die right away
  11. He said he would ship my order out on the 9th and then e-mail me to confirm but hasnt yet so I sent him an e-mail. He must be swamped or something.
  12. Custom SS gas pistons I had a US made Saiga 12 gas piston made from him for $15 shipped. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You cant beat that price.
  13. Very nice nedpepper! Now you'll be like homer simpson in the episode where he gets a handgun and takes it everywhere and uses it around the house for things just so he can be using it. :-)~
  14. I thought about making one of those. Im not up to par on how to remove a piston from the bolt carrier. It looks like maybe a pin welded over. Am I correct?
  15. I saw some guys asking how the barrel is held on so I thought I would post an informative thread with some pics of mine in its broken down stage. Im sure there are better methods of removing the barrel but this is how I did mine. First remove the buttstock, top cover and bolt assembly and handgaurd. Then remove the gas block and tube. Then look for the pin closest to where the gas tube slides into the reciever. I heated this area up on both sides to around 450 degrees F and knocked the pin out with a punch. Next while everything is warm I put the receiver onto a vice and found a small
  16. Pm sent AegisDei. As far as shortening the barrel if you go under 18" Ive heard you must remove the barrel completely and then permanantly attatch a brake or FH to make up the length so your 18" or longer. You will also have to open up your gas ports to get your shotgun to feed correctly again.
  17. IF you were to take your barrel off Im sure most machine shops could chase the factory threads on your barrel. Im not sure if there is anything available in the thread size I use . Im not sure how popular polychokes are. The thread size is 7/8-28 if you want to try to search for one maybe on brownells or somewhere. You dont need the timing nut if you use the guide. There are a couple guys that timed their own using the die. Nice shotty dodge! Those 8 rounders really complete the look
  18. The reason I bought the RC10GT insead of a traxis or something else was because there seemed to be more aftermarket parts for them. Its really not that expensive. I think you can buy a whole motor for around $100. Most of the parts that break are $5-$10 it seems like. The only thing I ever broke on mine was a CV joint(rear axle). I bought a new pair for around $20 or something like that.
  19. Im tickled that you guys are so pleased with them. Dodge, how did the nut and FH fit when you screwed it on to your barrel? I have a male thread gauge I check them with before I ship but dont have a shotgun on hand to see how nicely the threads fit.
  20. I'll let it all go for $275. IF you have a saiga.308 or S12 I can trade up. This car hasnt been ran for around a year and half and has not been driven hard. It comes with an aftermarket radio, better servos and spare servos, spare servo arms. lightwieght aluminum allen head bolts, carbon fiber front shock tower, different rate front and rear shock springs and shock oil, filter oil, aftermarket hi flow filter and spare filter elements, aftermarket wheels and tires and stock ones, aftermarket servo battery tray, aftermarket glow plug igniter and the one that came with the car, spare gas line
  21. Thank you thank you! I was wondering when someone would give me some good feedback
  22. Yes I would. Let me tally all the extras and everything and get some pics and I'll post back.
  23. IVe got a roughly 2 year old lightly used remote control gas RC10GT. Comes with spare parts including better radio. I could also throw in a battery charger I bought for it to charge radio and servo batteries. Im looking to trade for a saiga12 or .308. I can get some pics if interested.
