I have a 21 inch saiga 308 and I shoot the South African bulk ammo and I see about a seven to eight inch group. every shot hits the paper. but the saiga 308 is more about kicking up dirt than accuracy and precision

Does the serial number on the bolt carriage match the gun's number, I had a customer buy both a 223 and a x39, she showed up at the shop with a story of sadness, say her gun worked great the first time out but never again. then she describe the same thing as you experienced. it turned out she cleaned both guns at the same time and put the 223 bolt carriage in the x39.

You mean 6.8 spc right? They will fit your lower, but you do need a new mag. no mods are needed. I haven't seen a 6.8 in a piston yet.

It also has a tapco stainless steel gas piston and a UTG tri-rail behind the gas block . and if it will help the gun sell I will trade the tan pistol grip and stock for a black ergo grip and Black tapco stock (folding, T6, or warsaw) -
