  1. Bump with price reduction to $75.00 shipped. I'm also open to trades.
  2. I went with my last name. I've been thinking about engraving "Civilian use only" on some of them somewhere too.
  3. Hi guys Up for sale is a coyote brown Blackhawk Lightweight Commando Recon Chest Harness (CRCH) with the S.T.R.I.K.E. plate carrier back section. I picked this up a couple years back and only used it a few times. Because the wife bought me a different model for my birthday (that fits me better), I'm willing to let this go. NO PLATES INCLUDED. Condition is very good. The elastic plate holding "T" on the inside of the front section could stand to be tightened up, if you're not intending on using a plate with it. Non reflective metal D rings were added to the two side strap ends, making
  4. There's a verse in the Bible (John 15:13, I think) that says "Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." On that same note, the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice to preserve liberty for all Americans must never be forgotten.
  5. Cool thread. I admit that when I first saw it, I assumed the first or second picture would end up being a half naked girl with the question "sexy or not?" or a pic of some STD with the question "Does this look infected to you?". LOL
  6. Hi guys I'm wanting to get a Magpul forend in OD green, but already have a Tapco grip that I really like the feel of, also in OD green. How close do the colors match? thanks

Those buggers are hard to find without getting 50 to 100 at a time. :(

  8. Not sure. Not super short though. Probably 10" to 12", I think.
  9. Yesterday, the MI State Senate Judiciary Committee UNANIMOUSLY approved a bill that would make short barreled shotguns and short barreled rifles legal here in Michigan. You'd still have to go through all the NFA stuff, pay your $200 and everything, but it's looking like we'll finally get our shorties. I've got an S12 I've been wanting to have cut down for some time now. That's assuming the Gov. signs it. http://www.mlive.com/politics/index.ssf/2013/10/michigan_senate_panel_approves_2.html The article mentions that shorties would still be regulated under MI's pistol laws, but I w
  10. Here's my Gen 1 on a Saiga 12. I really like it. I have a Gen 2 on my SUB - 9. Yeah, I know the grips are missing in the picture. LOL
  11. Anyone have some nickel plated 44 magnum cases they 'd like to sell? Don't have to be primed or anything.

  12. I've never seen any spirits or ghosts or whatever. The only thing I've seen that I can't explain was a radio changing channels (saw the dial turn myself, as did my Brother). We were renovating a Victorian home for someone and had a portable radio (boom box) sitting in the middle of the room. A couple other people claimed to have heard voices talking at the house (including my Mother), but I never did. The radio got changed from classic rock to a televangelist.
  13. Makes me wonder how much business poopsender is getting sending crap to politicians. LOL
  14. I love mine, though it's the older SUB 9 model and not the SUB 2000. Having mine registered as a pistol in MI allows me to legally keep it loaded in my vehicle with my carry licence.
  15. You neglected to mention what the rifle would primarily be used for. That makes a huge difference in selection.
  16. I'm right handed and right eye dominant, but an injury to my right palm and wrist forced me to become a lefty almost 25 years ago. I can still shoot right handed, but not very well (weak grip and fused wrist). Practice is the operative word you need to focus on. Your dominant eye will probably always be your dominant eye, but becoming more familar using your other eye will definitely help. good luck. Did I mention practice?
  17. Curious..... Do you think you could hand load a 7.62x39 with a heavier projectile that would approximate the 300?
  18. He can't get things passed by our elected representatives, so yet another Executive Order. This one bans importation of "military styled weapons" we gave, sold or otherwise transferred to a foreign body, and now want to import back into the Country. Like M1 Carbines for example. The EO is also supposed to crack down on "those who would be ineligible to pass a background check from skirting the law by registering a gun to a corporation or trust. The new rule would require people associated with those entities, like beneficiaries and trustees, to undergo the same type of fingerprint-based b
  19. At the 2000 MTV Movie Awards, Wahlberg suggested on stage that the “Best Villain” award be given to Charlton Heston: “I believe Charlton Heston is America’s best villain because he loves guns so much. Maybe he should get the award for being president of the National Rifle Association.” He makes millions on screen with guns, but doesn't want others to have them. I'm not wasting my money on him. Maybe when the movie is available through Netflix.
  20. Isn't it the M228 fuses they use on the M18s? I think those had an explosive fuse. Then again, I'm relying on 20 plus years of memory that gets worse every day. LOL
