  2. try the tws rail or something similar. My 308 has the dph beryl style qd rail. I don't think they make them any more.
  3. I watched last night. I was kinda disappointed in the way NRA was blamed and portrayed as the bad guys in the show. When will people see that you can't stop crazy bastards from killing innocent people without fighting fire with fire?
  4. Check your gas ports make shure they aren't plugged.
  5. It runs good in my s308. Brass is reload able I think. It seems pretty good to go
  6. Smooth it out a little with 600 sandpaper.
  7. The SKS meatal hand guard cover seems to be a perfect fit for saiga 12. A nice look to finish the hand guard
  8. One of those vepr stocks could be cut to fit saiga http://www.shoretactical.com/product_info.php/vepr-russian-stock-sets-p-47 .
  9. I just found a chunk of walnut and built own.
  10. Why not convert it first then buy furniture once?
  11. Does anyone have tools they are done with. I'm thinking of doing the front of my 308 just didn't want to spend a lot on tools for a 1 time use. Also willing to trade or pass it forward.
  12. Drill the corners and dremmel and file. There is a template with dimensions if you search.
  13. Progressive reloaders make a world of difference. If you value time
  14. The big savings comes from slugs buck and or hotter loads. It's hard to break even reloading plain bird shot loads.
  15. Where do I find mags without the spine? I prefer to not have it.
  16. all local sources have been out around here for a while now. hardly any wads primers or powder to be had
  17. I'm betting your hammer needs profiled to match the factory one
  18. I have been waiting and waiting. Kinda like the double stack mags. Keeping my fingers crossed.
  19. I would like to send my 243 in. I have never had a problem but the saifty is really soft. Easy to accidently bump to the fire position.
  20. My 308 had to much flex from the rail to recever. In my opinion the side rail isn't tough enough for 308 recoil. It wasn't a problem with the mount but the side rail wasn't rigid enough.
