Would the JJPerl mag lock work on the Saiga?

Well I installed my rail today and I think after zeroing in my scope, it's going to be a bastard to get it off to clean the rifle and zero it in again. Even if I mark the screws, I don't think it'll be right 100%. So, shooting Remington UMC from Walmart and some PRVI brass ammo, how long is a reasonable interval between cleanings? I think cleaning the barrel shouldn't matter but cleaning the action, bolt, etc will require removing the top cover and of course the slide rail. Actually, can you even clean the barrel without the bolt locked back?

Ok, I thought I remember reading that people were having problems getting it to attach to the stock swivel mount on the Saiga. I'll do a search.

That one looks crazy. Its like some sort of Borg invasion of a rifle. Do I need any additional hardware besides just the bipod? No adapters or anything? So I just need to order this? http://www.harrisbipods.com/HBL.html My Saiga 223 is completely stock.

Link to an ARM handguard? I heard the barrelmounted bipods aren't stable and get loose while also affecting the harmonics of the barrel. But if there is a well regarded high quality one around $100, I'd buy it.

Well all I'm really looking to do is to add a stable bipod that's hopefully not mounted on the barrel. I was hoping the Galil style HG would be perfect but apparently it melts?

Ok then, what do you guys suggest is the best way to get some rails on the HG?
