    PSL-54C

I finally got around to adapting an ati dragunov ak stock to mine( which gives me proper length of pull ) and wow!!! I have bean warned not to expect exceptional accuracy from these rifles but hell 7" at 800 all day long which IS exceptional for me!!!!!,cool barrel and 7n1 ammo....... On a related note: anybody wanna buy an overpriced ridiculously heavy expensive as hell to shoot bolt action rifle? P.S. only one retarded shot fired from my collar bone (not recommended with psl ati combo)
  2. given current ammo market and the fact my finances are always a factor.... A quality ak-74, a russian scope and several thousand rounds of surplus ammo for the price of an IMI galil .......... personally I think I would take the 74 and rathole some ammo (but then again) I am one of those weird ones that puts ati thumbhole stocks on my guns and never shoots from the hip. I don't do folding stocks or gadgets up the wasoo and do not believe coolness is a factor in selecting a rifle.........
  3. for my own sick and twisted amusement and future reference.... have you tried the ATI dragunov?

    9mm ak

Thats a negative on the AR platform (not if I can help it)...........Are these fine examples displayed above all custom built? Nobody is trying to market them for retail? That krinkov looks about perfect.... even tho I have zero chance of acquiring a bison, does anyone here know if the drum is as noisy as my beloved 7.62 drums? 45 would be good but that would mean I still had an extra 9 suppressor and would have to buy yet another 45 suppressor witch would really be traumatic but I mean if your twisting my arm what choice do I have ........

    9mm ak

Howdy, Trying to locate a kalashnikov based 9x19 .........I see redjacket reference but no listings.....I know I saw these a while back somewhere..... of course some one will inevitably ask WHY so........... Bought a full auto m11 and a tac-ord/gemtech raptor a few years back, sold the m11 and bought a pos mp5, fixed it-sold it, have had uzi cb/feather at/mp5/etc etc etc and would love to find a 9 CARBINE that actually works reliably........just to be complicated I am looking for a stick mag version (no drum) If any one has sean anything on the market I would sure appreciate a heads up, Thanks
  6. all my chinese AK guns lock up solid, I have not had any troubles of any kind.....Seams the ak series is one of the things the chinese do well (wonder how much of that is from soviet advisers) oh well it works, Everybody needs two 7.62s
  7. MCASgt Don't be frowning about a mak, I have a milled receiver mak-90 still holding the title for most accurate 7x62x39 ak I have shot and that includes probably fifty guns from seven or eight countries.........
  8. DAMB NICE collection, Since nobody brought up the lowly chinese milled receiver guns, I would like to offer a public service and suggest you don't muck up your collections with those things, just send them to me and I'll see that they get a good home........... You'll owe me but trust me in the long run its what is best for everyone..............
  9. I have a bead on a forearm, I will get it side by side and see if its worth doing. This thing shot so well yesterday (first time out ) I might be refinishing the furniture it has and not messing with the polymer hack job I had planned. I'll just Have a extra polymer grip for my saiga which is yet to be purchased but with the V2 308 21" on the market is now inevitable..........Thanks
  10. Even the bottom end psl (FPK) is slick, I just got one and shot it yesterday for the first time. 3 rounds to sight in the scope, followed by 57 hits on 32oz water bottles ranging from 80 to 240 steps (thats as formal as I get now days) ,No miss, no glitches ......... With good ammo this beast has magnetic bullets pulling to the target....My only regret is not buying one years ago.....
  11. I have used duracoat lcw kits with great effect on tommy gun and slowfire guns and like anything it is cake work if you do the prep properly and have the right tools...... airbrush (even a cheap one) I buy them at harbor freight for 5.99 each and toss em afterwards........ Canned air is a joke...... sandblast when possible. Duracoat is extremely user friendly and can be put on thick without runs, I think you can handle and use lightly after 24 hrs ........
  12. Well maybe i can tap some threads in the bottom of the gas block, sounds doable I'll have to get one and try it.....Thanks for the INFO
  13. I was also thinking of installing some plates inside to minimize any potential problems altho I think I have ours fixed already. I'm certainly no expert and I love epoxy for a lot of things but I wonder if it could stand up to mag changes let alone up to the battery of an ak????
  14. Can you tell me how the handguard secures on the front of a saiga ???? Thanks
