  1. Look over on Brian Enos forums - Euro shooters have just taken delivery of factory 10 round mags, there's some good pictures in the "shotgun" section of the forum.
  2. Over here in the UK there's a split & a lot of the shotgunners have formed their own OPEN series of matches - http://four4islands.org So F**K Ipsc. As far as im concerned we should be promoting new & exciting equipment ,as for banning any chest rigs & extended shotgun box mags thats just playing up to the anti gun crowd , maybe those who are writing the rules at Ipsc should quit shooting & take up bowling or some other tame sport. Im coming over to shoot some gun's in KY next week - thank god you Americans can still enjoy some fun matches ! Any one else be
  3. He's using a CZ built copy of the Wrath from maxrounds.com ............ very expensive here in the UK. The models have adjustable feed necks & work ( some times ! ) in both magwell Saiga 12 & Molot Velper 12's The one's iv tried had no advantage to an MD drum apart from fitting in a magwell.
  4. lady in Germany over on ipsc website has two for sale, hope that helps.

  7. PM me if you want an MD drum allready here in the UK.
  8. Vepr 12 mags will not fit any Saiga 12 ( with or with out magwell ) unless your willing to cut them up a bit. However the Vepr will accept Saiga mags designed for the factory magwell not the rock & lock type.
  9. Planet of gun in Germany have Molot's from Euro 1300 comes with 2 mags. Not sure what your local Italian gun laws are like - but here in the UK i have a European gun licence which allows both travel & purchase of certain guns in Europe, although my UK gun licence restricts me to only a limited number of guns in total. e-gun.de is the Euro version of US Gunbroker ,lots of Molots & Saigas usually on there. Friends spas 15 is ok , but with only 6 round mags your limiting your self & if your looking to shoot Ipsc matches you need big mags ! Good luck with your future pu
  10. Yes all our barrels are 24" ( or longer ) not half as neat as the 19's you can have Smack up my knee on day one so limp'd real slow for whole event - but had fun, Ronswin was a great squad member & was one of the few to hit the 90 meter slug targets , i had a hard time even seeing them Hospitality was fantastic & those R&R saigas rock
  11. Two more Saiga 12 members at the Panam :Myself & Ronswin , were post some pictures soon !
  12. I went with the J-point with a nice big 8 moa dot. More money but has so far lasted 2 years of heavy Saiga 12 use& going on strong. The mounting system is the same or similar to the fastfire.
  13. If you want real Saiga factory 8 round mags do a quick google search for the online e gun sales website in Germany , please note iv not written the full website as to not upset the mods ...... their are mags at 40 Euro each from a seller . This seller seems to have good feedback. Happy to act as an Euro delivery address & can bring over to the Panam in July - if this helps any one get factory mags at a low price. Me im more than happy with the surefire 12's & MD drum.
  14. Get hold of Alex Wakal over at Dreadnaught ind.
  15. Slug-o,Bigcec & others thanks for that mates. Do you rate Winchester AA ,Remington STS or Federal goldmedal for distance birdshot loads through Saigas ? Any one else attending thePanam look me up & ill buy you a drink or two as it would be great to match faces to Saiga12 members that have allways in my 2 years posting here, provided a good laugh & excellent information. David.
  16. No were not rich enough to buy Vepr's ........... the Germans,Russians & Italians are bringing them over - im more than happy shooting my D1 saiga.
  17. Well they are if your going to be at the Panam 4 day shotgun tournament this july ! http://www.panamericanshotgun.org/index.html Several Euro shooters are bringing their Vepr 12's , there's still places available at what sounds like an excellent event. I have to pre order ammo & since your brands/loads are not available here in the Uk , can some one tell me what HANDYCAP load means ??? iv been looking at winchester AA in heavy target , but handycap is also listed , is it hotter ??? David.
  18. Thanks for posting the tests & pictures , im flying over to shoot the Panamerican shotgun match in KY & this has helped me decide which brand of buckshot to buy.As im sure you know Ipsc matches require a tight group on paper targets on buckshot stages . Did all the 4 test brands fit in an MD drum ?
  19. Im shooting it with my Saiga so will take lots of pictures i know atleast a few Americans off here are attending as well. Several Germans,Russians & Italians will have custom Veprs who knows they may be able to leave some parts behind !
  20. American's will get to see & use Vepr 12's at the 2010 panamerican shotgun tournament in July at Cave City KY as several Euro shooters are bringing them over. The Atf have been very helpfull with sorting short term import permits for all non American shooters attending this event.
  21. Email this bloke ; thereisnospoon@charter.net he makes custom saiga 12 chestrigs that hold 5 agp or surefire mags, there's a picture of me using one over in the team saiga competitors section. quality is great & you can have the rig as basic or custom as you like.
  22. Thanks mate sounds like a plan. Saiga12 nite it is then ! Im interested in what shot size you normaly shoot at plates as over here the larger no 5 & 6 shot is very popular as distances can be from 5ft to 40ft & the smaller 7's just dont seem to take out the further plates. Iv looked on Enos & other forums is this match popular with Americans ? as little is written about it.With such a great looking range & all the trade stalls im really looking forward to this as you may know shotgun is one of the few shooting sports we can still do in the UK. Your find the UK shooters hangi
