Nice quality, just not my thing... Just got a Century-converted x39 on trade. They "ventilate" the handguard as part of the conversion. It's very well done on a mill....just not my style. It also has a nice aluminum picatinny rail (about 1"-1.5") on the front end for Vertical grip, laser, light, bi-pod, etc. Looking to trade it for a factory un-modified Saiga handguard for x39 (I think .223, and .308 might fit as well?) MUST include factory sling swivel, as you would get mine... Picture for reference...not mine...but a better picture than I could take. Exactly like shown but add ra

Hello everybody, I was just hoping to get some advice regarding a recent purchase I made. I just bought a Saiga 5.45 and a very nice Kalinka Optics POSP 6X scope for it. I haven’t converted the rifle at all and have been using exclusively soviet milsurp spam can ammo. I am relatively new to shooting and realize that I am shooting an AK, but I have seen much tighter groups at 100 yards from others online. I have tried weighing my gun down as much as possible with sand bags at the range to prevent any movement and being as steady on the trigger as possible, but I haven’t achieved accuracy a

Hey... Looking for a reasonable tactical vest to use at the range. I have my eyes on a leapers UTG tactical vest that has pretty high reviews on the web. Anyone own one or know of a comparable one thats around the 60$ range? Again, its just for range shooting to hold 30 rd. ak mags and a .40 cal pistol w/ mags. Thanks.

What you would see when rotating the mirror facing up... With some practice, it's possible to hip-fire and still have your red dot so you're not firing blind. Setup = LaRue Tactical with Docter II reflex sight + Anglesight -

I've had this gun for about 3.5 years. Bought it for 642$. The Saiga 12 has been my FAVORITE gun to shoot! I just converted this gun and this weekend I get to break it in agian! I moved the trigger group myself. But since I used the carolina shooters kits it was no problem. All I had to do was drill out the 3 rivets and everything else just bolted in. Anyone can do this. I shot a lot of video of the conversion and plan on putting it up on youtube. I used the tapco stock simply because I wanted this to be a simple DIY project. I didn't want to pay anyone else to mod my gun. The tap

I'm a relatively new firearms enthusiast (~2 years) and well new to Saiga rifles and shotguns, AK-47/74 variants, and the conversions between the 2. I was hoping to solicit some advice based on what little I know of these platforms. I've been looking at the Saiga-12 models and found this at Atlantic Firearms. It seems to be this model from Legion USA. I find the magwell and the LRBHO features attractive. I want to know if these are reasonable prices for Saiga-12 with these options. I've been looking at some of the custom items at the sponsor sites, but I do not know enough to know i

Hello, New to the forum and figured I would start out by testing the waters to see if anyone has a Chaos Porkypine available. Looking for one that is either new in the box or just in really nice shape. Will pay well for one... I see they've been going for $100 to $150. I don't mind spending $150 to $200, depending on condition. Thanks! Chad
