VladTepes 160
I removed some ridges in some polymer furniture for a gun.. the removal of the ridges went great.. very happen with the outcome.. with that said it is now dull gray instead of black... before I hit it with rattle can.. does anyone know if there is a way to restore the stock color.. not looking for a pristine factory condition.. just close enough that it is passable.. if not I will just paint it.. no real issue.. G O B 3,516
Polish it just like it was metal! Use a felt disc in the dremmell and start with scouring powder wet. go slow so the heat does not melt the plastic. Finish with jeweler's rouge. Wax the final product with car wax, or a flat floor wax.

Veprz 94
Look to kydex sheath making, they polish trimmed edges and end up with a nice final product. Im sure you could find some info on youtube. Also I could swear they polish (wet sand paper + wd40) the polymer80 glock pistol builds to clean up and visually improve the polymer surfaces after filing/dremeling, maybe look at some of those vids.
