I ordered a bunch of 9mm from Target Sports USA on 3/17/18. They charged my card and created a label on 3/20/18 and have yet to ship.
I emailed and asked them:
What happened to your "fast shipping"? As a competitive shooter, I use a LOT of ammo, and am always looking for a reasonably priced, FAST company to do business with. Patience is one thing, but you need to focus on your customers. Without us, you don't have a business.
They replied on 3/25/2018:
"We are working on it. should be rolled out early May ... shipping will happen same day if ordered by 2pm that day "
To which I replied, same day:
What about THIS order?????
Their reply, same day:
Let me check for you

I looked them up online AFTER I ordered...stupid idea. I should have looked BEFORE I ordered.
It seems there are a lot less kudos than complaints about these guys all over the forums. BBB has them @ 69% complaints.
