pengyou 0
Does anyone make an 80% lower for the Saiga 12 gauge, Vepr or any of the clones? Edited March 14, 2019 by pengyou
gunfun 3,931
Well, the thing is, that these are AK or RPK based respectively. There aren't lowers as such. There are receiver flats. However, in the case of the saiga and probably the vepr, the front trunion is marked as the receiver, so it isn't a new flat you need, so much as a virgin front trunion. pengyou 0
Thanks. How does that related to legality and registration? One of the benefits of the 80%lower is that it does not have a a serial number.
patriot 7,197
You're not going to mill a trunnion with a drill press. 80% is unfinished. Never seen an 80% trunnion.
pengyou 0
Ok..so not possible?
evlblkwpnz 3,418
It would be cheaper to buy an entire gun than to have a one-off 80% trunnion made.
saltydecimator 482
If you trying to go non-nfa route, looks like kalashnikov USA releasing one in a month. If you bought a parts kit off gunchoker, you’d be better off to just sell parts and get whole gun if you trying to keep big bro from knowing you have that specific “serial number”, make an ar and get a 410 upper from century Arms
