Please, I would honestly like to hear something of you guys if you cant pick one of the top three, which most of us probably cant... If you picked none of the above, please EXPLAIN WHY! you are entitled to that in a free society! (where you are from, what YOU think is going on out there, etc etc)...because *I* cant pick one of the above, except ignorance or naivitiy...and thats if I HAVE to pick one....what do you guys think? Vote at least will ya'll please? chips 0 Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 im not quite sure what you're talking about. if the problem you're refering to is in the middle east, a little bit of it is religion, but most of it is ignorance. those people have been taught to hate us all their lives, and they dont know any better. if you are talking about the problems here in America, well, that is ignorance. those shitheads in the media have turned a large portion of citizens against America. they have made our military out to be horrible monsters. just now, i saw a news report. it wasnt talking about Nick Berg being brutaly murdered at the hands of his iraqui/al queda captors, it was talking about how bad the "atrocities" commited by our troops are. this is the kind of reporting that makes people hate America. our own media is going to be the downfall of this great nation. they are turning citizens against eachother, and i dont know what can be done to stop it. other problems we have can be blamed on the "blame America first crowd" people like micheal moore have accused our nation of doing horrible things, and they have said that it is America's fault for terrorist acts across the globe. micheal moore produced a documentary titled "bowling for columbine" the film was extremely anti-gun, and although that bothers me, what was worse was how the film went on to blame America for numerous mass murders, and genocides from small countries all over the world. the film put the blame of 9/11 directly on America, and bill clinton. even though i feel like some of the defense cuts, and reduced spending on intelligence may be partially to blame, i think it is absurd to say that it is our own fault that 3,000 innocent people were murdered 3 years ago. (I'm assuming you're trying to make a point about how many stupid "lemming" people we seem to have out there in today's society) who just basically seem to follow & parrot what the rest of the herd of "sheeple" are doing and saying without really thinking things thru for themselves, right? Anyway, you really gotta think about removing the "race" choice if you truly want a serious and academic poll here. Wouldn't pay to have Rev'rnd Jesse and Sharpton getting all the natives riled up and after you for your "racist" and "derogatory" poll now, would it?
