Optics mount along with tumb mag release question

Hi Im hoping someone can tell if these two accessories will work together Saiga-12 mag release "Arhipov's Lever" for Saiga-12 with a side rail mount

with the MI optics mount. It seems the head of the pin on the mag release might interfere wit the mounts attachement but i cant seem to find any specs or pics showing if the mount has clearance once attached. 

I hoping someone here has used either or both of there things and give me some guidance before i buy anything.
