For sake of discussion, what would have to be repealed in order to have a pistol grip S-12 with a folding stock and no mag limit?

 

Obviously the '94 AWB (due to sunset on '04) is first, but I think Lloyd Benson's arbitrary DD reclassification of USAS-12s and Streetsweepers would also have to be rescinded. Any thoughts?
