misc 0
PanchoVilla, did you email the seller to find out the info? I sent a polite email and honestly hopes he post here with a reasonable explanation. I'm not attempting to start a Brouhaha but believe folks here have honest questions as myself since I purchased 1 the magazines myself. Misc
PanchoVilla 0
No, thats just my cynicism poking through. Its saved me many a dollar - I didn't spend a single greenback on this guy's theoretical magazines.

BattleRifleG3 16
I didn't tell anyone so, I only thought it quietly. The good side is that Gunbroker has strict terms about such things. Hope they take care of you.

termite 463
No reply yet, sent the second e-mail asking for delivery date. I filed a complaint with Gunbroker. So a couple more days and I'm leaving negative feedback. It's no time to be taking a vacation when customers are expecting delivery of a product. Bvamp 604
the guy bought up multiple FA trigger components, including a FA parts set that is illegal to even sell without the correct license on the buyer's end, as far as I know. I see he recently bought 3 flats as well. let me see, I sure hope he has his proper licensing. that guy there is building machine guns, and if he isnt, because of the parts being together, has the intention to, according to the law. sucks for us, because we all try to obey the law, only to have people that break it fuck it up for us. but then again, I am assuming here, and assumption is a bad thing usually. someone correct me if im wrong, but arent those m14 mags? if so, he is making what? 20 a mag at 40 bucks? ...everyone that followed it, will remember tony rumore attempting to see if it is manageable to refit m14 mags for the s-308. I believe he said each gun was unique enough to make it impractical for him to offer them for sale....and the pics he included did NOT look like that UNTOUCHED mag in that photo on that auction. as was said above, he didnt have any made, or there would be a picture of it, and he is either A- in jail, or B- unable to figure out what tony rumore did to get his to work. or even BETTER - which is the option my new yorker self prefers - C - is using your money to fund his machine gun project, and thinks that building one legit gun will hide the other two FA guns (he has bought at least one complete FA trigger group, and has bought additional rate reducer(s), which you dont need either in a semi auto gun, let alone one that is US parts compliant).... maybe there is a D - but I cant figure on what it is. a legitimate businessman would not do that. yup, Im a real prick about this kind of stuff....if im wrong, ill be sure to apologise, but till then, Ill just be a presumptuous dick, thank you. if the seller of those items is a member here, feel free to chime in, ANY TIME. now back to our regularly scheduled thread...... misc 0
AKTexas73,no need to apologize although it's appreciated. Transacting in the internet really when you break it down is about giving the individual or company the benefit of the doubt. There was an example a few years ago about a computer company that did business through Ebay. Even after having over 700 positive feedbacks over a 2 year span they closed up shop and folks who had order products were left holding the bag so to speak. Caveat Emptor is the proper phrase. termite 463
Headshot, Now that you speak of it. When we go to the store to get hooch and smokes, you better be packing a firearm, atleast in the city limits. Out here in the woods, we leave them in the truck when we go in. :) I'm not to fond of the ATF, IRS, or any other gov agency that takes what is mine without reason. Oh, wait, they had a reason, some assholes in washington decided it was bad for me, or they needed MORE of my money, as if my wife and I don't pay enough taxes. And God forbid that we work hard and try to make a decent living, becuase then they want to take more to provide for the lazy assholes that won't work, because we owe it to them to provide for them. I live by just a few rules, and one is "God provides for those that provide for themselves" and most people have no concept of what it means. If this butt hole violated the laws and was trying to build him some illegal guns, I hope they fry his ass. Maybe it'll take some ofthe heat off of the honest people. termite 463
Sorry, but I had to come up for air,:) and must have hit the post button by mistake. We are already having penalties imposed on our business for quarterly taxes that aren't even due yet. They are saying we under estimated our taxes for the NEXT quarter, HELL, it's not even here yet, and I'm getting penalties. What's wrong with this fricking picture. The stupid idiots even sent us "refund check" for over payment of taxes, but the total was AFTER they deducted their penalties for the 6 quarters of 2005, that they say we under estmiated our taxes, again, what is wrong with this picture. But to talk to these people and try to explain, is like talking to the drive way, actually, I'd get a better answer from the drive way that made more sence. So, it's, fill out this form, submit it and wait for a reply from another idiot that doesn't have a clue. And the kicker to it all was the letter that we got in the mail a week after the pissy ass check, saying that if we thought the refund was too much, we could ask for and file paper so and so so that we could return the "refund". OK, I'm off my ranting, but still looking at how I can take my property and succeed from the union, and people wonder why we have the problems we do in this country paying our bills, just look at the FOOLS that are working for the Gov., elected and hired
Bvamp 604
well, I hope no laws were broken, other than of course the theft of money, and I would like to say just this... laws are for those that would follow them. making something that is illegal to begin with illegal for the honest citizen is not only wrong, and not only against our rights, but in the old days, was an act of treason. dont like a specific type of american? MAKE THEM CRIMINALS AND SEND EM AWAY! (example - when a felon that cant own a gun steals a gun or buys a stolen gun, commits a crime with it, and adds to the gun crime statistic, what good will banning that kind of gun do? what exactly is that solving? the politicians are only afraid of what is going to happen when they pass more laws that steal our rights. they want to keep the citizenship at bay that they are supposed to support and act FOR, so that they can stop supporting us, and act for themselves. pretty fucking simple. we arent in kansas anymore, toto....sad truth people need to wake the fuck up and see it for what it really is. the slow robbing of your freedom, and that which has made america great. and that is treason. oh, we are at war, too, according to congress, so you can be shot for it.) sorry adding to the sidetrack. I will finish with this. they dont have to pry my gun from my dead hands, they have to find a way to get the muzzle out of thier throat or ass when I stick it in there. eventually, the REAL america, WILL hold the politicians responsible for what they have done and continue to do to our beloved homeland. its pretty simple, as well as inevitable. and THAT is why they want to disarm us. I have to give credit to the anti-gun ebay as they would at least kick this guys butt and take back any money he had in the account. GunBroker states in their latest policy that you are on your own don't talk to us. They won't even close the account in most cases. As you used postal MO's you can file a claim for mail fraud - if he got enough people the postal inpectors may check it out.
