TonyRumore 1,332
This was quite a surprise. I removed the welded on choke tube from an RAA 17" gun and look what we have here................... http://www.hunt101.com/showphoto.php?photo=412201 Tony Rumore Tromix Corp 07/SOT
tomovich 0
Unreal. You don't suppose the guy doing the solder job dropped it on the floor while doing the work do you?? Of course, then again, I *COULD* picture that coming from Russia like that for some silly reason.
topmaul 42
Regardless where it happened who ever welded the muzzle tube on knew exactly what he was covering up. how on earth did he screw the choke tube on with it like that?
kmoore 3
This is a shotgun, aka scattergun. Just improves the rate of scatter. I'm thinking this will help me even more as I try to shoot things with out aiming. Just point and squeeze and everything in front is vaporized, right? Isn't that how a shotgun works Real question is will Tony offer this as a service ...
Ronswin 26
Almost looks like some the quality work of the Colonial Arms neanderthals.

jonathon 0
Errr... I don't think a dent that substantial could be caused by dropping it..
TonyRumore 1,332
The dent was only at the unthreaded portion at the very end. I ended up cutting it down for a permanently installed Poly Choke anyway.
Big Daddy 0
Looking at the picture I figured you would fix that pretty quick.
IndyArms 10,186
Wouldnt it also be possible to tap it back round, similar to what they use at muffler shops?? A steel cone that you would drive in and tap a few times to re-round the dent? Or with a hard barrel is that not proper?!?!
