midnaite 43
just perfect. BTW, you should push your AFG much forward, it's how it's entended to be used, with a non-folded arm.

Not everyone is a fan of wood. For the sake of weight a lot of folks just use synthetic furniture. Nothing wrong with it.

storm1 2
wow that timbersmith is looking good! thats the birch right? can you send me some more pics if its no trouble? thanks
temporaryscars 6
Nope. Not birch. I got the unfinished set and finished with a reddish stain. I wanted it red, but not as red as you commonly see out there. It's actually redder than it appears in these pictures, but not by much. I have a video forthcoming as well.
temporaryscars 6
It's still processing as of right now, but it should work soon. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PKcohcrx8c
Bigtwin 219
Correct or not, I do like that Timber look(even though I think it is too shiny). It is great alternitave for US products in wood. Nice vid btw!
temporaryscars 6
Thanks! It's only shiny because I put four coats of tung oil and didn't rough it up afterward. Already finished stocks probably aren't that shiny. Edited November 30, 2010 by Temporaryscars
