10" TROMIX SBS........... Liked the look of the factory handguard, so I kept it and placed the Shark Brake right off the end.........

Again, Tony @ TROMIX gives me a gun I can't get anywhere else.......and a gun of exceptional quality in both appearance and function !!!!
I recommend TROMIX to everyone who's looking at an S-12 conversion, of any type !!!!!

It doesn't get any better than this !!!!

Hey Darrell, Where's your sling? Can't wait to shoot that! We going out Sunday?

First one building for home-defense, second is for trap of which will probably leave stock, as we've run three hundred rounds and no jams with 10 Rnd mags and 24 inch barrel.

Posted Image

Halo Quad Rail with M3 Tactical Illuminator by Insight, inxpensive colapsable grip, AGP 10 RND mag. Plan on up-grading light, grip, and adding a decent lazer. will cut 24" barrel to 17.5" and weld Tromix shark break,

OK here is Ivan with his little sister Nadia. It was rainy two weeks ago and I wanted to work on Ivan some but I had nothing......except a can of OD spray paint left over from painting Nadia's hand guard! Its not a good thing to leave me alone with a can of spray paint.

Poor Ivan even ended up with a tattoo....

I picked this up from my buddy 's house this morning at 7:30am and all I wanted to do today was get a pic on here. He has had it since Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot and finished it last night. The only things left for me is to Duracoat it, extended safety, and extended mag release.

As was suggested by another member, my "Saigalilnov-12..." I'm pretty happy with the setup for a no-mod starter project. I'm re-working my scope mount and shopping for just the right optics, and I'll be finished! (for now...)

My Saigalil

Posted Image
Posted Image

I built this during the ban I was exempt. this was one of the first Sagia's in the US manufacture date is 98.

All furniture is Galil.
Galil left side selector (inverted push forward to fire)
Galil right side selector to go with the left side selector.
Galil Hadar top cover modified to fit S-12 and accept AR15 rear sight components.
AR15 DPMS detachable rail front sight machined to fit gas block and silver brazed on.
Picatinny rail screwed to bottom of gas block holds Surefire light and retains hand guard.
1 1/4" sling loops on left side of gas block and Galil folding knuckle.
Scope mount removed.
Enough parts to get into compliance added after the ban expired, although I don't think I had to.
