I've had two MD-20's and two 12rd Nut Sacks on order forever now, when they finally come in I think this project will be complete. This is my first conversion and was done from afar. The Saiga was left with my dad while I'm deployed and I've designed the conversion and had parts shipped to his house. I haven't actually held or shot it post conversion and I can't wait! Let me know what you guys think and if I'm missing anything.

My Saiga project, as it is today (not finished, yet).

As I live in Argentina, I must pay two or three times the regular price on accesories, than what you do.

This is a real Saiga 12K (not converted)

UTG forend

La Rue vertical grip (short one)

Enidine recoil buffer tube

Magpul CTR mil spec stock

Magpul 3/4" cheek riser

C-More railway red dot sight (8 MOA dot)

Modified bolt.

Next step is attaching the 50 BMG Barrett compensator, with a poly choke at the end. And the R&R Shroud barrel comp.

It will also have a Hogue monogrip.

I converted this shotgun about a year ago, it shoots great.

I got in on the MD 20 preorder on 2-19.

My order shipped yesterday and I am so stoked about it I took some crappy pics with a POS web cam so I could share my excitement.

With a little luck my drum could be in tomorrow or Friday so I can have a fun day at my friends property Saturday

Here is my baby, all credit for parts goes to Dinzag Arms, hands down the best out there!

DSC02628.jpg

Lets see:

TAPCO G2 FCG

TAPCO Stock, PG, and Intrafuse Handguard

RAM S12TG

Factory Slotted Hider

AGP 10rnd. Magazine

Took her out for the first run this last Saturday and she worked like a charm, fired 40 rounds of 3" 1oz. Remmington Magnum Slugger ammo. Needless to say she ate it up like candy! Might add the FSB, definately going "tacti-cool" with a scope mount and R/G Dot scope. Next project is a full build 7.62x39, I have really big plans for this one!

Hello, been lurking on the forum for a while, reading up on all the great info you guys have kindly offer. Thought it was time to introduce myself and thank you for having answered the questions I didn't need to ask, just by searching this forum. My name is Wayne and I live on the Kona coast in Hawaii. I picked up this S12 on May 3rd,,,,,,,

Still have a few more things to do, along with a few MD drums coming soon. It is a lot of fun to build and shot. Not a lot people seen these over here and it always gets some wide eyed looks. Thanks again for your help.
