greatmoose 4
I listed my name prefix as "Mr" and the thing listed me as female. Well, isn't that insightful? J/K!
kresk 10,063
It's encouraging to see that in the few minutes it took to complete the petition form there were about a dozen signatures added.

XD45 7,124
I do wonder how much good these things do, but it certainly can't hurt, so... Done. Best way to express yourself is with letters and calls to your congresscritters. Write or call your representative and both senators! No excuses! http://www.congress.org/congressorg/home/ . We need to nip this in the bud and remind them of what happened in 1994 when they last pulled this crap! This particular bill gives the Attorney General the full power to add anything he or she deems "not intended for sporting purposes" or "has military or law enforcement uses". Historically muzzle loaders and revolvers were utilized by our military and law enforcement, so that little clause scares the hell out of me!
