He has been super-nice and very patient as I took a while to ship because I was in the process of finishing finals, packing, and moving. My new housemates misplaced the payment he sent, yet he patiently and calmly waited until it turned up. If it had been me I would've been pissing thumb tacks, but he was understanding and polite.
