wlnt 2
I have made some modifications on my Saiga 7.62 buttstock and now I need to paint it. I would like to paint it as close to handguard as reasonably possible. What kind of paint would you recommend? How much does it cost for 2-4 oz. (Duracoat and others seem to sell these 2 sizes)? Do I need a primer? Thanks, louielouie

Cobra 76 two 2,677
Here's one I shortened about an inch and a half and painted with Krylon flat black with no primer, just some sanding and thinner to clean before paint. Didn't have to paint the forearm.

devin_c1 2
lightly sand with scotch brite pad and if u use krylon camo flat black it has fusion in it so it will stick to plastic if not u may want to use rustoleum plastic primers first. for dura u should sand blast first no primer needed. if ya go krylon be careful with soulvants and oils good luck devin
