ratfood 0
I personally wouldn't lose any sleep over 922R.Can you show me a case where an individual was charged, tried and convicted of violating 922R solely? Well, I don't have a x39 Saiga and I don't have a 308 Saiga. But if I did have both Saigas I wouldn't worry anything about an unconstitutional 922R if I got pulled over by police. First off most of them don't know the law in the middle of Texas, and the ones that do, know it's BS. As far as i'm concerned, 922 is a tack-on crime, I'd have to do something bigger to get the charge in the first place.
kresk 10,063
Agree, a 922r violation would most likely be used as a 'pile on' charge once some other initial infraction has been committed.
