I'd like to change the pistol-style sights to the raised rib-style.The reason behind the switch is I'd like to convert my S-12 to an S-12K clone configuration. If it's possible,what would be involved? Where could I buy a raised rib sight? I wanted to do the same thing. The problem is that you need a mounting stud to replace the front sight bead. I found a rail, but people who remove the rail are grinding off the front stud. I'm sure you can fabricate a custom stud, but I haven't had the time to research or play with it.
