.223 Models

Recommended Posts

the .223 comes on 16 and 20 inch barrels, apart from that all are the same.

(If everyone on this forum lives in America, then your probably right.)

It all depends on where you live, mine has a standard pistolgrip and a muzzlebrake as an example.

In the brochure that came with the saiga, it is pictured at least 4 different versions of the rifle.

Mine is "ver. 04", i believe they sell "ver.03" in america.

you could also argue that there are other models (varitions) i.e. dimples vs no dimples......not technically different models....but they are different....a bit.

On the USA you will find only to different guns, the 16 and 20 inch barrels

now dimples are not something all come with, all depends on how the factory

is running on receivers, now the Russians produce few variations of the

.223 alone for sale on other countries, same with cut trunnions

all depends on how the factory is running on parts to made guns.

That's true, I have that same brochure with me. I like that my barrel is only 16". Makes it easier to manuver. I'm thinking of tricking mine out as a light patrol rifle with a bipod and picatinny rail adaptor on the scope mount. Not sure what to put there yet.
