sunnybean 939
Too bad she doesn't tell you how to fix the rusty springs they ship them with. Edited January 14, 2010 by sunnybean
camon 233
I still can't find any magazines in that video... all I see are purple mountain's majesty.
Mephis 82
The front lip that keeps the magazine in the gun busted off on me during firing last time I was at the range. With some superglue I was able to make it through the rest of the day but that isn't going to be able to hold too awfully long. I just was wondering if AGP would be worth contacting over the issue and what I should expect? If it helps, it's one of the 2nd gen clear 10 rounders that they stopped making. camon 233
Welp, add me to the failure list. Got my AGP Gen 2mag less than 6 months ago, follower spring just snapped into 4 pieces. Edited March 22, 2010 by camon

schultz1027 0
MD arms has a new double stack mag coming out soon that I really want to get my hands on. Check out the MD arms for sale section on this forum, there is a post there with some teaser info on the new mag. Sounds like it will be an outstanding magazine. As far as the AGPs, I have two 10 round mags that seem to work well. I've only taken the S12 out twice now. Had a lot of FTE/stovepipes but I'm sure thats more to do with being a new weapon, not mag problems. Hopefully a few hundred more rounds will smooth everything out. Nonprofit Kills 3
I'm very happy with my AGP mags. Never had a problem. Of course I'm one of the lucky owners that has an S12 that cycles everything. Even with the Enidine shot shock installed on it. Which works great also!
ErikTaylor 41
Thanks to AGP I got some compliments recently at competition: "That gun is like a dragon." What? "Just one long belch of fire out the barrel the entire time." That'll happen. And these: Guy1: That shotgun uses magazines? Guy2: Yeah, I guess he made the right choice buying that thing. And the best one (to me): Guy: Is that a Kalashnikov? Me: Yes. Yes it is. *shit eating grin* Ha I love it. My AGP (I know only 1) is awesome! Never had a problem with it! Checkout the new video at the AGP site. http://www.agparms.com/home.php Now thats what I call gun porn! That mag mysteriously disappeared between 1:32-1:35. Weird?!?! macaholic 5
Before someone post another thread complaining about AGP mags. YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM FIRST! Phone: 480-983-6083 Fax: 480-671-5665 Email: sales@agparms.com It is unfair to to their company to have complaint aired in an open forum prior to contacting them. If you start a complaint thread WITHOUT giving AGP a chance to remedy the problem. your thread will be shut down and deleted. If you STILL have a problem AFTER you have contacted AGP or if you are happy with their prouduct feel free to utilize our feedback section of the forum. I was wondering if AGP had any plans to start production of 10 round mags for the saiga 20? http://forum.saiga-1...hp?showforum=44 Personally, I have NEVER had a problem with my AGP's. A fantastic product! Edit to add: Not trying to be difficult about this, Just hard to keep up with all the post when people have not even called the manufacture first. Citizen Bob 2
No complaint, actually a compliment. I have had two springs break in 10 round AGP magazines. Both times they quickly sent replacements. Like the first post says - contact them.
MIAMI VYSE 1
my 10 rd mags rock, the only thing that complains is my wallet because ammo gets used so freaking fast now. I cant wait to get a 20 rd drum.
vampler 0
I have tried 3 different brands, and the AGP is the best. Don't bother with the mags that start with pro. I have 5 of them (Came with my gun) and not one of them works. The surefire mags are built very well, but I have had a few problems with ejecting. If I could take it apart like the AGP it would be way nicer.
Frosty 9
I just put together 5 mags from AGP. I purchased 5 of the Do It Yourself mags. Everything went just fine. My Springs were not rusty at all . They were shiny but covered in a packing machine oil. I went ahead and oiled them with an oily rag that I use on all my guns for a wipe down. The rag is soaked in Synthetic Motor Oil. I have not had any rust problems with any of my guns since using the synthetic motor oil. The magazine assembly went easily and without any problems. I started a thread on the assembly of them but it is a page or two away now just look for it and it is easy to find. I like the AGP magazines compared to the Surefire and the Tai 5 round mags these are excellent. The Tai 5 rounders are just as good if not better. Besides all of what I have written I have publicly stated I am going to buy 10 MD arms Double Stacks when they are released ( Lord, Watch over Mike and his Shop). I have a feeling that the AGP's , Tai 5's and the Surefire mags I have will be Range mags after MD arms tidal waves the competition. God Speed Mike................I am behind you all the way. fnsurf 0
I live near the AGP shop and I have bought the 10 round mags directly from them at their shop. Everyone there is really nice and friendly, they are honest, hard working guys and gals. I just bought a 10 rounder to cut down to a bird hunting legal capacity magazine. I have not had any problems with the 10 rounders and I am not expecting to have any problems with the one I modified. If I do have any problems I am confident that they would be ready to help me sort it out.

mike.haug 0
I don't have a lot of experience with Saigas, but do with guns in general. I have only shot AGP mags through a Tromix S12, it was flawless. 9 rounds, 3 seconds. Would've been all 10, but I lost count.. I have 2 AGP 10rd mags I built myself. I've loaded them, and they unload smooth and quick by hand. Good fit in my S12. I look forward to breaking in my brand new S12 with the AGPs.. As you all know, good mags are ESSENTIAL to have your firearm work properly, I think AGP does the job.

Dainejir 0
My personal experience with AGP has been great. I bought two AGP magazines earlier this year off the saiga-12 store. I took one out to the range on Saturday and I heard a click while loading ammo into it. I disassembled the magazine and the spring fell out in pieces. I contacted AGP via email and Kevin got back to me on Monday and offered to ship me two replacement springs, explaining that there was a batch of springs that were incorrectly heat treated. I'd recommend AGP for their great customer service.
wildcatkit52 3
I still have some AGP's as delivered over a year ago. I think I will go check them along with the ones I have used.
Fumes 84
My 10 rounder I got w/ my gun had the spring explode in it today into 14 pieces. But I have no idea how old it was other than it was a second gen. Guess I'll be buying a new spring.
