DIRTYHARRY 0
i read that post but it is for an adaptor, i was curious if you can add the lugs like i have seen done with other mags: http://www.cross-conn.com/Saiga_Conversion/step_10.htm
vjor 2
Brother, long ago if I dont remenber bad some one did it, I think was Tony Rumore got some .308 rifles feeding on HK G3 mags, but he don't post how he did the work on them, if I don't remember bad, he post about 3 rifles he did with pictures. You may shoot the man a PM but far as I know he is a busy guy and don't expect a reply on 2 seconds, ask nice and see what happens.

There was a guy selling some here not long ago, but they turned out to be very poorly done. I think that the basic concept is still valid, but highly dependent upon the execution. BattleRifleG3 16
When i have some more time I hope to give everyone an answer to this question. Either yes, or no and why.
Aloxite 1
I didn't buy any to try because it looks like the front is way too wide. To get the top round high enough and at the correct angle you would have to cut away a bunch of the mag. It seems like the result would be pretty weak. You'd have to come up with a way to make a front lug / bullet guide stout enough not to bend.
