New Tromix Heavy Barrel .223 (pic)

Recommended Posts

This has been in the works for a couple of years now. Bob Ash and Joe both saw the failed #1 prototype, but this baby looks like it's going to work. It sports a heavy .910" diameter Pac-Nor Stainless Super Match Bull barrel, which is completely free floating. The gas system is a two piece affair with the gas tube assembly is affixed to the receiver with floating "puck" type gas piston. The hand guards are also affixed to the receiver and completely free floating. The barrel is 19 inches long and threaded 3/4-24 with a custom Tromix front sight and flash hider.

I will be shooting it shortly.

Held this rifle in my hands over this weekend. Nothing else in the world like it. Fucking amazing work.

One of a kind, world wide.

A little work remains before the range trial............... I'm sure Tony will fill in all the blanks for everyone

before I take it home !!!!! :smoke:
