notenoughtime3 0
Someone asked me bout getting a 108 with the sight rail. They were worried about the rail being a problem when doing a conversion. Can the rail be removed? If so, is it difficult or worthwhile?
nalioth 405
It's not difficult to remove at all. A drill will do fine. You will be left with a ruined rear block rivet and two holes in your receiver. However, the rail has never gotten in the way of a conversion before.
