Gaddis 1,689 Posted November 16, 2004 Report Share Posted November 16, 2004 Well, since your local firearms monger (Gee, I sound so "Yuppie" ) has to send a signed copy of his/her FFL to the place you want to order it from first, I would say yes (informing them of your intentions would be the first step to take).
